Rules
1) God Modding is not tolerated by any means. Anyone who is found god modding will receive a warning via the warning bar. If the offense continues, that person's account will be disabled for a week. If that doesn't help the problem, further actions will be discussed among the admins.
For those of you who don't know what God Modding is, I'll explain it to you. God Modding is when a person RPs their character as invincible and/or begins to control another persons character. Again, this is not tolerated and anyone who is God Modding will be confronted.
There are no exceptions.
2) Due to many complaints I have received on previous boards about censored words, I have decided to try something new. All members on this board will be able to monitor their own censored words and phrases. However, do not look at this as an excuse to take bad language to the extreme. If you do, you will be warned.
3) Anything sexual beyond that of kissing is not allowed AT ALL. Displaying sexual acts beyond kissing will result in the immediate banning of the member responsible, no warnings given. This rule includes any porn/hentai. It violates the Proboards terms of conduct and will not be tolerated.
4) OOC {Out-of-Character} chat is to be kept out of the In-Character boards, unless relevant to the RP. The last thing anyone needs is for a thread to be flooded with OOC chat.
5) Comments and Suggestions are appreciated, but don't be rude or vulgar, and don't try to act like you know everything about anything.
6) Icons (Avatars) must be used, but there are some restrictions to them. You may not use anything other than anime characters in your icons. Make sure your icons are of your character.
7) Do not let OOC relationships influence In Character relationships. It's highly unprofessional and not very well liked. It also gets extremely annoying.
8) For everyone. Do not try to be the most powerful person on the site. End of argument.
9) There is a spell check that is automatically installed in all proboards forums. Please use it. If you can't do that, then write your posts in Microsoft word or a similar program, check to see any red underlined words and green underlines words/phrases, and then fix them. Then you can copy and paste that into your post and post your post.
10) You are only allowed to have two accounts on this site. One of these has to be a custom character in order to keep Cannon Characters open for everyone. If and when you reach 100 posts on both accounts, or 200 on one, PM an admin to request a third character if you would like one. This request will be denined very rarely.
11) Don't post or reply to any role playing threads until your profile has been accepted.
12) No bashing of anyones sexuality. I have just recently removed myself from an RPG where a member made a very discriminatory remark about gays and lesbians. He even went far enough to call them certain things that I don't ever want to here on this site. Remarks that involve the bashing of another person's sexuality will result in the immediate banning of the person at fault. (No I'm not gay, I just don't care for those kinds of remarks. Proboards is for everyone.)
13) All character deaths need to be run by an admin. If an admin is killing you, discuss it with another admin. If they're all killing you, don't complain.
